Jefe de la OEA ve difícil candidatura de Indrid Betancourt a Premio Nobel de Paz

(Caracol Radio) El secretario general de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA), José Miguel Insulza, dijo que es difícil que la ex candidata a la presidencia de Colombia, Ingrid Betancourt, obtenga el Premio Nobel de la Paz debido a su "eventual" vigencia política.
