La CIDH mantiene a Colombia en su "lista negra"

La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) mantuvo hoy a Colombia, Cuba, Haití y Venezuela en su lista de países de Latinoamérica que necesitan mejorar la defensa y el cumplimiento de los derechos humanos.
